शमशेर भालू खां ने विभिन्न माँगों को लेकर दिया ज्ञापन (चूरु न्यूज़)

आज दिनांक 23.02.2024 को चुरू विधानसभा क्षेत्र समस्या एवं समाधान समिति अध्यक्ष शमशेर भालू खां द्वारा श्रीमान जिला कलक्टर,जिला, चूरु को राजस्थान सरकार वित्त विभाग के आदेश क्रमांक क्र. प./ 4./03(2)di/-1/2024 दिनांक 19.02.2024 के संदर्भ में चुरू विधानसभा क्षेत्र में नवीन संस्था,कार्यालय और भवन हेतु निवेदन किया।
ज्ञापन के अनुसार चुरू विधानसभा क्षेत्र में नवीन कार्यों और पूर्व में संचालित निम्नानुसार कार्यों एवं क्रर्मोनयन की अति आवश्यकता जताई गई –

(क). शिक्षा विभाग –
. प्राथमिक विद्यालय –

  1. राप्रावि शांतिनगर,वार्ड नंबर 20, चूरु
  2. राप्रावि तुगलक कॉलोनी वार्ड नंबर 03,चूरु
  3. राप्रावि शेखावत कॉलोनी वार्ड नंबर 20, चूरु
  4. राप्रावि अमन कॉलोनी वार्ड नंबर 20,चूरु
  5. राप्रावि दुधवा खारा वार्ड नंबर 07, ग्राम पंचायत , दूधवा खारा,(धोबियों का मोहल्ला), चूरू
  6. राप्रावि रिबीया,ग्राम पंचायत रिबिया,मिरासियों का मोहल्ला, चूरू
  7. राप्रावि महरावनसर,ग्राम पंचायत, महरावनसर,चूरु

  6. राउमावि ढाढर, बालरासर तंवरान, बालरासर आथुना, कोटवाद ताल , चलकोई, शहीद सुमेर सिंह उमावि घांघू, राणासर, पीथीसर, खींवासर, भेरुसर, इंद्रपुरा, ढाढरिया, जासासर, नाकरासर, कबीर पाठशाला ,पुत्री पाठशाला में संस्कृत अतिरिक्त विषय

(ख.) अल्पसंख्यक मामलात विभाग –
पीएमजेकेवाई के अंतर्गत 98 करोड़ के प्रस्ताव नवीन भवन निर्माण हेतु प्रेषित किए गए हैं।
इस हेतु केंद्र सरकार द्वारा राशि जारी की जानी है।
इस हेतु कलेक्टर कार्यालय के माध्यम से राज्य और केंद्र सरकार को लगभग 98 करोड़ राशि के नवीन भवन निर्माण हेतु प्रस्ताव अनुमोदित कर भिजवाए गए थे।

(ग.) पीडब्ल्यूडी (सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग, चुरू
. नवीन सड़क मार्ग (ग्रामीण सड़क)

  1. गांव आसलू से सहजूसर वाया भामासी 10 किलोमीटर
  2. गांव झारिया से आसलखेड़ी 06 किलोमीटर
  3. गांव झारिया से खिवासर 08 किलोमीटर
  4. गांव गिनडी पट्टा लोहसाना से झारिया 04 किलोमीटर
  5. गांव झारिया से घंटेल 03 किलोमीटर
  6. गांव रानासर से एनएच 52 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक 05 किलोमीटर
  7. गांव श्योदानपुर से खा की ढाणी 01 किलोमीटर
  8. गांव धोधलिया से जासासर 09 किलोमीटर
  9. गांव गाजसर से खारिया 07 किलोमीटर , इसी में रास्ता मिलता है रिडखला से बास घंटेल से खारिया 4 किलोमीटर कुल 11 किलोमीटर
  10. Nh 52 से खंसोली 04 किलोमीटर
  11. गांव राणासर से बास फगेडिया 03 किलोमीटर
  12. गांव सहजुसर से सोमासी 05 किलोमीटर

  14. गांव सहजुसर कब्रिस्तान से कडवासर 03 किलोमीटर
  15. नायकों की ढाणी कड़वासर से कडवासर 2 किलोमीटर

  19. गांव कड़वासर से चूरू वाया कुम्हारों का मोहल्ला 03 किलोमीटर
  20. ढाणी कुम्हरान (कोटवाद नाथोतान) से खिंवासर वाया पिपरालियों की ढाणी, नाइयों की ढाणी 06 किलोमीटर
  21. गांव इंद्र पूरा से गिनड़ी पट्टा लोहसाना, चूरू 03 किलोमीटर
  22. ढाणी भेरुसर से झारिया 05 किलोमीटर
  23. गांव मठोड़ी से थालोडी 03 किलोमीटर
  24. गांव मठोडी से जवानीपुरा 03 किलोमीटर
  25. गांव इंद्रपूरा से मठोडी 04 किलोमीटर
  26. चुरू रेल्वे स्टेशन से 15 किलोमीटर रेडियस में रिंग रोड दूरी 49 किलोमीटर (यह रिंग रोड एनएच 52, एनएच 703, मेगा हाईवे और चूरू जयपुर रोड को जोड़ सकेगी और शहर के अंदर से भारी वाहनों का आवागमन लगभग शून्य हो जायेगा।

. पुरानी सड़कों का पुनः डामरीकरण –

  1. दूधवा खारा रेल्वे स्टेशन से सिरसली 6 किलोमीटर
  2. घंटेल से उदासर वाया पीथीसर, बास घंटेल,प्रेम नगर 14 किलोमीटर
  3. गांव मेघसर से सूरतपुरा (मोलीसर) 04 किलोमीटर
  4. चूरु से दूधवाखारा वाया बुंटिया, भामासी (पेंचवर्क) 15 किलोमीटर

(घ.) जलदाय विभाग

नवीन ट्यूब वेल

  1. नगर पालिका रतननगर वार्ड नंबर एक से 10 प्रत्येक वार्ड 01 ट्यूबवेल
  2. नगर पालिका रतननगर में वार्ड 01,05,09,14 और 19 में उच्च जलाशय निर्माण कर आपणी योजना के पानी की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना।
  3. सभी गांवों में (103 गांव) पेयजल आपूर्ति नहीं है। लोगों को हर सप्ताह रू. 2000 का पानी का टैंकर मंगवाना पड़ता है। दूधवा खारा, पिथिसर,जोड़ी, कोटवाद, में यह स्थिति अधिक भयावह है।

(च.) स्वास्थ्य विभाग –
. नवीन पीएचसी (सब सेंटर का क्रर्मोन्नयन –

. पीएचसी को सीएचसी में क्रमोन्नत करना

  1. पीएचसी सहजूसर
  2. पीएचसी पिथिसर
  3. पीएचसी जसरासर
  4. पीएचसी राणासर
  5. पीएचसी जोड़ी
  6. पीएचसी खंडवा
  7. पीएचसी सातडा
  8. पीएचसी चालकोई
  9. पीएचसी बीनासर

(छ.) पर्यटन विभाग –

पर्यटन क्षेत्र विकास हेतु

  1. गोगा धाम झारिया का सौंदर्यकरण
  2. नाथ जी का मठ चूरू का सौंदर्यकरण
  3. तोकिर हसन चिश्ती दरगाह सौंदर्यकरण
  4. घड़वा जोहड़ गोगाजी धाम का सौंदर्यकरण
  5. रामदेव जी का मंदिर भामासी का सौंदर्यकरण
  6. पिथाना जोहड़ झारिया मोरी का सौंदर्यकरण
  7. सेठानी का जोहड़ चूरू का सौंदर्यकरण
  8. शीतला माता मंदिर का सौंदर्यकरण
  9. शहीद स्मारक चूरू का सौंदर्यकरण

(ज.)खेल एवं युवा मामलात विभाग

  1. खेल मैदान विकास कार्य समस्त ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर
  2. जिला स्टेडियम चूरू में राष्ट्रीय स्तर के खेलों का आयोजन
  3. खेल स्टेडियम बागला उमावि चूरू का विकास कार्य
  4. खेल स्टेडियम राउमावि सहाजुसर का विकास कार्य

(झ.) उच्च शिक्षा विभाग –

  1. गांव सहजुसर, में महाविद्यालय की स्थापना
  2. गांव घंटेल में राजकीय बीएड कॉलेज की स्थापना
  3. गांव बीनासर में नवोदय विद्यालय की स्थापना
  4. गांव देपालसर में संस्कृत महाविद्यालय की स्थापना
  5. रतन नगर में औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण महाविद्यालय की स्थापना
  6. गांव खांसोली में पुलिस प्रशिक्षण एकेडमी की स्थापना
  7. गांव बुंटिया में कृषि एवं वानिकी महाविद्यालय की स्थापना
  8. कडवासर में बुनकर एवं मिट्टी कला विकास केंद्र की स्थापना

(ट.) ओवर ब्रिज

  1. एनएच 52 रामनगर (खांसोली) तिराहा के ऊपर बने ब्रिज के ऊपर से,
  2. एनएच 703 चलकोई,भेरुसर, गिनडी पट्टा लोहसना (लालासर, झारिया,इंद्रपुरा हेतु), सहजुसर झारिया स्टेंड से बस स्टेंड नंबर 01 तक
  3. स्टेट हाई वे 42 पर सोमासी, घंटेल, गाजसर चूरु पंचायत समिति, पंखा सर्किल
  4. चूरु रतनगढ़ सड़क मार्ग के सातडा, पोटी स्टेंड, बिनासर, स्यामपुरा, पंखा सर्किल
  5. चूरु जयपुर रोड पर रतन नगर नगरपालिका के बस स्टेंड (मूर्ति के ऊपर से)
  6. रतननगर (थैलासर) फांटा पर एनएच 52

(ठ.) गृह विभाग –

. नए थाने खुलवाना –

  1. चलकोई
  2. सहजुसर
  3. घंटेल
  4. बिनासर
  5. देपालसर
  6. खांसोली
  7. बुंटिया
  8. खंडवा
  9. लोहसना बड़ा

(ड.) कृषि एवं सिंचाई विभाग –
चुरू विधानसभा क्षेत्र की 159979 वर्ग हेक्टेयर भूमि में कुओं से सिंचाई के अलावा कोई साधन नहीं है। धीरे धीरे जलस्तर कम होता जा रहा है।
अतः यमुना के पानी से सिंचाई हेतु नहर परियोजना को लागू किया जावे जिस से पेयजल और सिंचाई दोनो ही समस्याओं का समाधान होगा।

(ढ) गो पालन विभाग –
सभी ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर गौशाला और नंदी शाला खोली जावें।
निवेदन किया गया कि कलक्टर कार्यालय के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार द्वारा मांगे गए प्रस्तावों के संदर्भ में उक्तानुसार प्रस्ताव अनुमोदित कर विकसित और व्यवस्थित चूरू के सपने को साकार करने में सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने को कृपा करें।
