बारां 9 जनवरी सोमवार, महिला कांग्रेस की ओर से चिरंजीव योजना के अंतर्गत बीमित व्यक्ति की दुर्घटना में मृत्यु उपरांत परिजनों द्वारा बीमा आवेदन की अवधि 3 माह बढ़ाए जाने को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत व गोपालन मंत्री प्रमोद जैन भाया के नाम सीसवाली महिला कांग्रेस नगर अध्यक्ष मनीषा सैनी के नेतृत्व में महिला कार्यकर्ताओं ने जिला कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन दिया। ज्ञापन में सैनी ने बताया कि चिरंजीवी योजना में 5 लाख रुपए के दुर्घटना बीमा का प्रावधान है। दुर्घटना में मृत्यु होने पर परिजनों द्वारा दावे की अवधि 1 माह रखी है जो पर्याप्त नहीं है। मृत्यु उपरांत मृतक के परिजन 12 दिन तक शोक में डूबे रहते हैं। इस दरमियान वह कोई कागजी कार्यवाही नहीं कर पाते। जानकारी के अभाव में परिजन थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं करा पाते। कई बार देखा गया है कि समय पर एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं होती व पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट भी नहीं मिल पाती तथा बीमा के लिए चाहे गए डाक्यूमेंट्स तैयार करवाने में भी समय लग जाता है। इस मौके पर कजोडी बाई, ममता ,गायत्री,तुलसी,प्रमिला ,नीलू कहार, बिट्टू,मैना, कविता,हरिता,आशा कहार ममता आदि महिला मौजूद रही।
