अपने इमाम को नवाज़े , उनका ऐहतराम करें
बस कुछ दिन में माहे रमज़ान अलविदा होने वाले है , लोगो की शॉपिंग जारी है , ताक़ रातों में इबादतों का दौर जारी है । जैसे जैसे ईद नज़दीक आ रही है वैसे वैसे सबकी मशरूफ़ियत भी बढ़ती जा रही है । इसी मशरूफ़ियत के बीच आज बात करते है हमारे इमाम साहिबान की जो इस महंगाई के दौर में भी नाममात्र की सैलेरी पर हम सबकी इबादतों को मुकम्मल करवाते है ।
मस्जिदों के इमाम साहिबान जिनमें से ज़्यादातर दूर दराज के क्षेत्रों से आते है, हिंदुस्तान के कोने कोने में जाकर अपनी ख़िदमात अंजाम देते है । हम उन्हें जैसे कमरों में , जिस भी तरह रखते है वो बिना शिकायत के रह लेते है । साधारण से साधारण घर के बच्चों के भी रोज़ रोज़ की सब्ज़ियों में हज़ारों नख़रे होते है की आज ये नहीं खाना वो नहीं खाना , ये ऐसा बना है ये वैसा बना है लेकिन दाद देनी होगी हमारे मस्जिदों के इमामों की जो बिना उफ़ किए, जो हम रखते है जितने बजे रखते है खा लेते है । हमारे देश में आज तक इनको दिया जाने वाला मानदेय नाममात्र ही कहा जा सकता है क्योंकि महंगाई आसमान पर चढ़कर बोल रही है और इनके मानदेय में हर साल ऊँट के मुँह में ज़ीरा बराबर बढ़ोतरी होती है ।
काफ़ी परेशानियों का सामना करने के बाद भी ये बेचारे सब्र से काम लेते है और अपना काम ईमानदारी से जारी रखते है लेकिन बदले में हम इन्हें क्या देते है ??
हम लगातार इनकी बातों की नाफ़रमानी करते है , वो आए दिन नमाज़ और दीगर दीन की बातों से जोड़ने की कोशिश करते है लेकिन हमारे माशरे (समाज) पर कोई असर नहीं होता ।
ये हमारे बच्चों को दीन की अच्छी तालीम देने की कोशिश करते है लेकिन अगर वो पढ़ाई के ताल्लुक़ से किसी बच्चे को ज़्यादा डाँट दे तो घरवाले उन्हें काफ़ी भला बुरा कहते है । हमारे बच्चों के दीनी तालीम में कमज़ोर रहने की एक वजह वजह ये भी कही जा सकती है ।
तरावीह में कोई हाफिज थोड़ा अटक जाए या कोई गलती हो जाए तो भरी सफ़ों में उनके लिए कमेंट पास किए जाते है । यहाँ तक कि नमाजों के टाइम टेबल में भी कई मस्जिद कमेटियो के लोग सिर्फ़ अपनी मनमानी करते है और इनकी राय को पूरी तरह से नज़रअन्दाज़ किया जाता है । और भी ऐसे कई मसले है जिन पर मस्जिद के इमामों को काफ़ी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है बदले में हम उन्हें क्या देते है इस बात पर ना सिर्फ़ गौर ओ फ़िक्र करने की ज़रूरत है बल्कि जल्द अज जल्द एक अच्छे निज़ाम को क़ायम करने की ज़रूरत है ।
मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी –
हमारी मस्जिद कमेटियो को चाहिए कि इमाम साहब को जितना ज़्यादा सके उतना मानदेय और सुविधाएँ देना चाहिए ताकि वो अपने परिवार को अच्छे से चला सके और साथ ही क़ौम के ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा युवा इस काम से जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित हो सके ।
रमज़ान का हदिया –
माहे रमज़ान में अल्लाह रब्बुल आलिमिन हम सबकी आज़माइश करते है तो वही दूसरी तरफ़ हमारे हाफिज लोगो को दोहरी आज़माइश से गुजरना पड़ता है । वो पूरे महीने ना सिर्फ़ इबादत करते है बल्कि हमें पूरी क़ुरान सुनाते है । सोचने वाली बात है कि जिस क़ौम में लोगो को तरावीह की नमाज़ में पीछे खड़े होने में ज़ोर आता है वही ये अपनी जी जान से अपने काम को अंजाम देते है ऐसे में हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी बनती है कि हम भी इनके लिए ज़्यादा से ताऊन कर इनको इनामात से नवाज़े । पूरे महीने हम लोग दिल खोलकर इबादत करते है सदक़ा ख़ैरात करते है लेकिन अक्सर देखने में आता है कि तरावीह का चंदा काफ़ी कम होता है जिसमें से भी मस्जिद का रंगरोगन ,साफ़ सफ़ाई, सजावट आदि कामों में खर्च हो जाता है उसके बाद बची हुई रक़म उनको देकर विदा किया जाता है जो इस महंगाई के हिसाब से नाकाफ़ी कही जा सकती है । ऐसे में हमें चाहिए कि ज़्यादा ताऊन इकट्ठा करें ताकि इस मुबारक मौके पर हम उन्हें अच्छा हादिया देकर घर भेज सके ।
अलग से तोहफ़े भी दे सकते है –
ईद पर हम सबको कुछ ना कुछ देकर ईद की ख़ुशियाँ बढ़ाते है तो इस मौके पर हमारे इमाम हज़रात को भी अपनी अपनी तरफ़ से नक़द रक़म या तोहफ़े देकर उनका हौंसला बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए ।
