बदलते मौसम में रमज़ान कैसे रखें कंटिन्यू!
पिछले कई सालों से गर्मी में आने वाले रमज़ान माह की , मोजूदा वक्त में बात करें तो इस सीजन का कुछ कन्फर्म नहीं कहा जा सकता है की ये गर्मी वाले रमज़ान है या सर्दी वाले !
जबसे इस साल के रोजें शुरू हुए है तबसे सर्दी – गर्मी दोनों मोसम का मिश्रण देखने को मिला है ,नतीजा यह हुआ कि ज़्यादातर रोज़ेदार वायरल की चपेट में आ गये जिससे कई लोगों के रमज़ान छूट भी गये और मौसम की मार के चलते अभी भी कंटिन्यू नहीं कर पा रहे है तो आइए देखते है कि कैसे इस परेशानी से छुटकारा पाकर अपने रोज़े और इबादत कंटिन्यू रख सकते है ।
1 – पुख़्ता नियत और हिम्मत –
रमज़ान हो या नमाज़ या दीगर इबादत , हर काम के लिए ‘नियत” पहली शर्त है। हालाँकि जो हर साल नियमित रूप से रोज़े रखते है उनका इरादा तो पुख़्ता होता है लेकिन जिन्होंने गर्मी के बाद इस सीजन में पहली बार ये सोच कर रोज़े शुरू किए थे कि इस साल कम गर्मी है तो रोज़े रख लेते है लेकिन वायरल बुख़ार ने उनके अरमानों पर पानी फेर दिया ।ऐसे में रोज़ेदारों को चाहिए कि हिम्मत से काम ले और चिकित्सक की सलाह अनुसार सहरी में और इफ़्तार के बाद दवाइयों का सेवन करें लेकिन रोज़ा ना छोड़े ।
सुनने में थोड़ा अजीब लगेगा लेकिन ये रिसर्च से साबित है कि वायरल बुख़ार में थोड़े से एहतियात और हिम्मत से रोज़े कंटिन्यू रखे जा सकते है । रोज़े की हालत में कुछ देर या कुछ घंटों के लिए अजीब लग सकता है क्योंकि सोकर उठने के साथ ही गले में जलन , कमजोरी जैसी कुछ परेशानियाँ महसूस होने लगती है और कुछ पल के लिये लगता है कि रोज़ा कैसे पूरा हो पाएगा, लेकिन पुख़्ता नियत और थोड़ी सी हिम्मत से रोज़ा पूरा होने की भरपूर संभावना भी है । अगर ज़्यादा ही परेशानी है और कुछ रोजे छूट भी गये तो कोई बात नहीं फिर से हिम्मत करके नियत कीजिए और मौसम परिवर्तन की इस मार को मात दीजिए ।
2 – ख़ान पान बदले –
पिछले कई सालों बाद ये पहले रमज़ान है जब इस सीजन में आम , तरबूज़ और ख़रबूज़ों की महक नहीं आ रही है और सही मायनों में इनकी ज़रूरत भी नहीं है क्योंकि हमारी बॉडी भी इस सीजन में इसके लिए तैयार नहीं है , हालाँकि इन फलों के हाइब्रिड वर्जन उपलब्ध है लेकिन उनका भी इस्तेमाल ना करें तो बेहतर है इनकी जगह दूसरें मोसमी फलों का सहारा ले जिन्हें भी बिना फ्रिज किए इस्तेमाल करें । ख़ास तौर पर सहरी में बिलकुल भी ठंडी चीजों का इस्तेमाल ना करें और इफ़्तार में भी जितना हो सके ठंडी चीजों को अवॉयड करें ।
3 – गुनगुने पानी का इस्तेमाल –
मार्च महीने में गुनगुने पानी के इस्तेमाल की बात सुनने और पढ़ने में भले ही थोड़ा अजीब लगे लेकिन इस बदलते मौसम में गुनगुने पानी का इस्तेमाल, अपने आपको अप टू डेट रखने में काफ़ी मदद करेगा ।
4 – पीक टाइम का सामना करें –
रमज़ान के पहले ( 1-10) और आख़िरी अशरे (20-30) में अक्सर ज़्यादा परेशानी नहीं आती जबकि इन दोनों के मुक़ाबले में दूसरें अशरें (11-20) में थोड़ी बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है और यही रमज़ान माह का पीक टाइम होता है । थकान , पानी की कमी , वायरल आदि कई समस्याएँ रोज़ेदारों का हौंसला तोड़ने की कोशिश करती है लेकिन यही तो आज़माईश है जिसे थोड़ी सी हिम्मत से आसान किया जा सकता है। इस अशरें में ख़ानपान के साथ साथ आराम का भी ख़याल रखे। मुमकिन हो तो 15-30 रमज़ान तक छुट्टी ले ले या केवल हल्का फुल्का काम करें।
5- नींद पूरी करें –
अक्सर रोज़ेदार नींद पूरी नहीं होने की ज़्यादा शिकायत करते है जबकि सहरी और नमाज़ में कुल मिलाकर एक से डेढ़ घंटे लगते है । इस इतने से टाइम की भरपाई आसानी से की जा सकती है। सुबह या दिन में अपने अपने काम के हिसाब से एक से दो घंटे की नींद आपको तरोताज़ा रखने में मदद करेगी ।
