दुर्भावना से शिक्षकों को प्रताड़ित करना बंद करें शिक्षामंत्री27 फरवरी। बारां व कोटा जिलों के शिक्षकों को निलंबित करने की शिक्षा मंत्री द्वारा सभाओं में घोषणा करने और तत्पश्चात शिक्षा अधिकारियों द्वारा निलंबन आदेश जारी करने और भय पैदा करने के लिए दुर्भावना से अन्य अनेक शिक्षकों को निलंबित तथा एपीओ करने की राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (शेखावत) ने कड़ी आलोचना करते हुए इसे अनुचित, अनियमित तथा अन्यायपूर्ण बताया है। राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (शेखावत) के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष महावीर सिहाग तथा महामंत्री उपेन्द्र शर्मा ने अपनी कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया में कहा है कि हमारा देश लोकतांत्रिक देश है और शासन संविधान से चलता है। शिक्षकों सहित समस्त नागरिकों को संविधान प्रदत्त अधिकार प्राप्त है। बिना युक्तियुक्त कारण और बिना जांच के सामंती तौर तरीकों से जिला कैडर के प्रबोधक और अध्यापकों को निलंबित करने की घोषणा और जिले से बाहर निदेशालय बीकानेर को निलंबन काल में मुख्यालय देने के आदेश शिक्षकों को प्रताड़ित करने तथा शिक्षक समुदाय में भय पैदा करने के इरादे को दिखाता है। भय और आतंक का वातावरण शिक्षा विभाग को गर्त में पहुंचा देगा। निरंतर जारी शिक्षा विभाग के ऐसे कृत्यों से शिक्षकों में आक्रोश पनप रहा है। संगठन के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष हेमन्त कुमार ने याद दिलाया है कि माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री विभाग के मुखिया हैं और अभिभावक भी। उन्होंने संविधान की पालना की शपथ ली है। इसलिए उनसे यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि समानता, न्याय, वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण के विकास, गरिमा तथा बन्धुता को बढाने जैसी संविधान की मूल भावना की रक्षा में अपना योगदान देंगे। यदि नीचे के विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा अन्याय किया जाए तो शिक्षक शिक्षामंत्री के पास गुहार लगा सकते है परन्तु यदि शिक्षा मंत्री स्वयं बिना उचित जांच के शिक्षकों के खिलाफ दुर्भावना से कार्यवाही के निर्देश जारी कर दे तो शिक्षकों के पास न्याय के लिए सड़कों पर उतरने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं बचता। इसलिए राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (शेखावत) ने मांग की है कि बिना उचित जांच के शिक्षकों के खिलाफ की गई निलंबन तथा एपीओ की कार्यवाहियों को तुरंत निरस्त किया जाए। शिक्षक संघ के प्रदेश पदाधिकारियों की बुलाई गई आपात बैठक के निर्णयों की जानकारी देते हुए संघर्ष समिति के संयोजक पोखर मल ने बताया कि निलंबन व एपीओ के इन समस्त आदेशों को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर 28 फरवरी को जिला कलेक्टरों के माध्यम से ज्ञापन प्रेषित किये जाएंगे और एक मार्च को समस्त प्रताड़ित शिक्षकों के निलंबन तथा एपीओ आदेशों को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर राज्यभर में जिला मुख्यालयों पर शिक्षकों द्वारा विरोध प्रदर्शन किये जाएंगे। साथ ही कानून की पालना करते हुए बीएलओ कार्य नहीं करने वाले दो शिक्षकों को निलंबित करने के खिलाफ चूरू जिला कलेक्टर का सभी जिलों में पुतला जलाया जाएगा। संगठन ने शिक्षकों से एक मार्च के विरोध प्रदर्शनों तथा पुतला दहन के कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाने का आह्वान किया है। शिक्षक संघ (शेखावत) ने ऐलान किया है कि न्याय मिलने तक संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।आई
