मुख्य अतिथि अनुराग भटनागर ने बोलते हुए कहा कि ऐसे साहित्यकार बंधुओं के शताब्दी आयोजन समाज को नई दिशा और दशा देते हैं।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य वक्ता कथाकार - समीक्षक विजय जोशी ने कहा वरिष्ठ कवि रामस्वरूप मूंदड़ा की ये कविताएँ इस बात की साक्षी हैं कि प्रेम की उदात्तता जब दार्शनिक पृष्ठभूमि के साथ प्रकृति के सौन्दर्य को आत्मसात् करती है तो जीवन के विविध सन्दर्भ अनुभूति के पथ से होते हुए वास्तविक रूप में उभर कर कविता में समा जाते हैं।’ वहीं ‘ आस्था के दीप ‘ कविता संग्रह की रचनाओं में कवि शिव प्रसाद शर्मा ने अपने परिवेश को सहजता से उभारकर काव्य की विविध विधाओं में रचित किया है जिनमें शैक्षिक वातावरण और काव्य रसिकता उभर कर रचनाओं में सच्चाई की सरिता सी प्रवाहित होती है।
जितेंद्र निर्मोही ने कहा कि- शिक्षक जब साहित्यकार होता है।तो उनके कथन दिवंगत हो जाने के बाद ज्यादा प्रसांगिक हो जाते हैं।स्व शिव प्रसाद शर्मा जी का शताब्दी वर्ष कितने ही आयामों को सदन में छोड़ गया है। वर्तमान स्थिति बाजारवाद के समय किसी वृहद सारस्वत कर्म नहीं। जो काम राजस्थान साहित्य अकादमी उदयपुर नहीं कर पाई वो काम रंगितिका संस्था कोटा ने किया है वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार राम स्वरूप मूंदड़ा को समादृत और पुरस्कृत करके।
विशिष्ट अतिथि भगवती शर्मा ने कहा कि- शिवप्रसाद शर्मा शिक्षा, साहित्य और कला की त्रिवेणी थे। हिन्दी व उर्दू में समान रूप से हस्तक्षेप करते थे। बहुत अच्छे कवि थे और रंग कर्मी भी थे। परंपरा की शुरुआत सरल है किंतु निर्वहन कठिन है । फिर भी विश्वास है कि योजना चलती निर्बाध चलेगी।
डॉ दीपक कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि यह सम्मान सचमुच देश की वरिष्ठ काव्य हस्ती को दिया जाना इस पुरुस्कार का कद बताता है जो आने वाले समय मे और कई साहित्यिक विरासत को हौंसला देने वालो को अवसर देगा |
कार्यक्रम संयोजिका स्नेहलता शर्मा ने बताया कि इस पुरुस्कार के लिए कुल 19 प्रविष्ठिया प्राप्त हुई जिसमे से वरिष्ठ कवि रामस्वरूप मुंदड़ा कि कृति “कविताओ के इंद्रधनुष के लिए” को निर्णायक मण्डल ने श्रेष्ठ कृति घोषित कराते हुये रामस्वरूप मुंदड़ा को शिवप्रसाद शर्मा स्मृति काव्य रत्न सम्मान से नवाजा | प्रोफेसर मनीषा ने कहा सभी कृतिया एक से बढ़ाकर एक थी इसलिए श्रेष्ठ से सर्वश्रेष्ठ का चयन किया गया |
इस अवसर कोटा शहर गणमान्य साहित्यकार एवं काव्य प्रेमी उपस्थित रहे | इस अवसर पर कौशिकी शर्मा ने अपने दादा की एक कविता का वाचन किया ।
