राजस्थान सरकार ने 10 अगस्त 2023 से चिरंजीवी योजना के तहत 1.35 करोड़ महिला मुखियाओं को मुफ्त स्मार्टफोन देने की शुरुआत कर दी है. यह योजना पूरे राज्य में लागू है और सरकार ने इस योजना के लिए 1,000 करोड़ रुपये का बजट आवंटित किया है.

चिरंजीवी योजना के तहत मुफ्त स्मार्टफोन पाने के लिए महिला मुखियाओं को अपना आधार कार्ड, चिरंजीवी कार्ड और राशन कार्ड दिखाना होगा. स्मार्टफोन को सरकार द्वारा निजी कंपनियों से खरीदा जाएगा और यह तीन साल की वारंटी के साथ दिया जाएगा.

चिरंजीवी योजना के तहत मुफ्त स्मार्टफोन मिलने से महिला मुखियाओं को ऑनलाइन शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने में मदद मिलेगी. यह योजना महिला सशक्तिकरण और डिजिटल इंडिया के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में भी मदद करेगी.

चिरंजीवी योजना के तहत मुफ्त स्मार्टफोन पाने के लिए महिला मुखियाओं को अपने नजदीकी ई-मित्र केंद्र या सरकारी अस्पताल में जाकर आवेदन करना होगा. आवेदन करने के लिए महिला मुखियाओं को अपने आधार कार्ड, चिरंजीवी कार्ड और राशन कार्ड की कॉपी साथ ले जाना होगा.

चिरंजीवी योजना की नियम एवम् शर्ते

  • चिरंजीवी योजना के नियम और शर्तें निम्नलिखित हैं –
  • इस योजना का लाभ सभी राजस्थान के निवासी उठा सकते हैं, चाहे उनकी आय कितनी भी हो.
  • लाभार्थी को 10 लाख रुपये तक का स्वास्थ्य बीमा कवर मिलता है.
  • योजना में शामिल बीमारियों की सूची सरकार की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है.
  • लाभार्थी को अस्पताल में भर्ती होने से 5 दिन पहले और अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज होने के 15 दिन बाद तक का इलाज मुफ्त में मिलेगा.
  • इस योजना के तहत, लाभार्थी को अस्पताल में भर्ती होने और इलाज कराने के लिए कोई पैसा नहीं देना होगा.
  • लाभार्थी को अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के लिए अपने चिरंजीवी कार्ड को दिखाना होगा.
  • इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए, लाभार्थी को अपने आधार कार्ड, परिवार के मुखिया का आधार कार्ड, जन आधार कार्ड और एक पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो की जरूरत होगी.

चिरंजीवी योजना में अपना नाम जोड़ने के लिए आप निम्नलिखित चरणों का पालन कर सकते हैं –

1. मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in/ पर जाएं.

2. होम पेज पर “रजिस्ट्रेशन करें” लिंक पर क्लिक करें.

3. एक नया पेज खुलेगा. इस पेज पर आपको अपने आधार नंबर, नाम, जन्मतिथि, परिवार के मुखिया का नाम, परिवार के मुखिया का आधार नंबर, पता, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करनी होगी.

4. “साइन अप” बटन पर क्लिक करें.

5. आपके सामने एक पॉप-अप विंडो खुलेगी. इस विंडो में आपको एक ओटीपी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) मिलेगा.

6. ओटीपी को दर्ज करें और “सबमिट” बटन पर क्लिक करें.

7. आपका नाम चिरंजीवी योजना में शामिल हो जाएगा.

अगर आपके पास आधार नंबर नहीं है, तो आप अपने नजदीकी ई-मित्र केंद्र जाकर अपना आधार कार्ड बनवा सकते हैं.

चिरंजीवी कार्ड बनवाने के लिए निशुल्क केटेगरी वालो के अलावा अन्य आवेदको से 850₹ चार्ज लिया जाता है जो एक वर्ष के लिए मान्य होता है।
